We want you to be confident QuietSignal is right for your team. That's why every new subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — and a promise about your first signals.

14-day money-back guarantee

If QuietSignal isn't working out, email us at hello@getquietsignal.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. The refund is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment (monthly or annual), once per company. It does not apply to renewal payments, or to new subscriptions taken out after a previous refund — by you, your team, or another workspace for the same organisation.

The quiet-start promise

Fourteen days covers your import scan plus two full weekly scans. Not every list produces a job change in its first fortnight — that's normal, not broken. So if no signals have fired in your first 14 days, tell us and pick one:

• your money back, per the guarantee above, or
• free time: we pause your billing and keep scanning at no charge until your first signals land.

Most quiet starts are one or two scans away from their first signal — the free option means you don't give up right before it arrives.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can genuinely evaluate QuietSignal without risk — not as a way to use it for free. We reserve the right to decline a refund where the account shows extraction rather than evaluation: for example exporting your full signal or contact data and then requesting a refund, running monitoring at unusually high volume in the refund window, or opening successive accounts or workspaces to claim the guarantee more than once. If we decline for one of these reasons, we'll tell you exactly why.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer pro-rata refunds on time already used after the 14-day window.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the date of the first payment. After 14 days, an annual payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
