14-day money-back guarantee

If QuietSignal isn't working out, email us at hello@getquietsignal.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked, no forms to fill in. The refund is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment (monthly or annual) on your first plan with us. It does not apply to renewal payments or to repeat subscriptions after a previous refund.

Renewals and cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer pro-rata refunds on time already used after the 14-day window.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the date of the first payment. After 14 days, an annual payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
